LeadBind ("we," "us") is a product of SyX Solutions, Houston, Texas. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers the LeadBind website, the customer portal, lead-capture pages operated for our customers across every vertical we serve (insurance, real estate, mortgage, credit repair, home services, auto sales, recruiting, and agency outbound), and the AI calling and messaging systems we run on their behalf.
AI assistants on this platform schedule and qualify only. They do not quote rates or prices, provide property valuations, or promise credit outcomes. Insurance: advice, quotes, and sales are completed by licensed agents. We do not sell personal information.
When you submit a lead form you consent to receive calls and texts about your request, including via automated technology and AI assistant, from the business whose page you used. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell the assistant on a call that you do not wish to be contacted, and contact stops.
LeadBind offers an API, a command-line tool, and a Model Context Protocol server so a business can work with its own LeadBind data from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, or from other software it uses. This is off unless the business turns it on by creating an API key, and it can be revoked at any time.
When a business connects an AI assistant, information from its account is sent to that assistant's provider so the assistant can answer the business's questions. That can include a lead's name, phone number, email address, appointment details, and the outcome of a call, such as whether it connected or booked. The provider handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy. The business chooses the provider and is responsible for that choice; we do not select it and we are not paid for it.
Some things never leave LeadBind this way. Call recordings and call transcripts are not available through the API, the command-line tool, or the Model Context Protocol server, and neither are payment details or another business's data. Permissions are separate and specific: reading, writing, and placing outbound calls are distinct grants, and outbound calling is never on by default.
Your rights below apply the same way. If you ask a business to delete your information, that request covers the record in LeadBind; because a connected assistant is the business's own tool, we will also tell you how to reach us at the address below if you believe your information reached a provider you want contacted.
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we ask Google for permission to view your calendar and to create events on it. We use that access for one purpose: to place appointments booked through LeadBind onto your calendar, and to read the times you are already busy so your AI assistant never double-books you. We request the narrowest permissions that make this work and nothing beyond them.
LeadBind's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and customer data is isolated per account.
Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, exclusively through the LeadBind website. The LeadBind mobile application does not collect or process payment information and offers no in-app purchases. LeadBind does not store full card numbers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@leadbind.org. Texas residents and residents of states with privacy statutes may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address.
