Terms of Service

These terms govern use of LeadBind, a product of SyX Solutions, Houston, Texas. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

The service

LeadBind provides sales professionals and businesses an AI speed-to-lead system: lead capture, automated callback, qualification, conversation, appointment booking, live call transfer, and a dashboard of the resulting activity. The platform serves multiple verticals, including insurance, real estate, mortgage and lending, credit repair, home services, auto sales, recruiting, and agency outbound. LeadBind is not an insurer, broker, agency, lender, loan originator, credit repair organization, or real estate brokerage, and does not itself sell, quote, or provide any regulated product or service.

AI assistant and regulated conversations

LeadBind's AI voice and messaging assistants engage prospects on the customer's behalf, follow the customer's own approved script, answer general questions, and guide the conversation toward a booked appointment or live transfer. At the start of each call the assistant discloses that it is an artificial-intelligence assistant. The AI assistant qualifies and schedules only; it does not complete any sale and does not collect payment from prospects.

Insurance vertical. The AI assistant does not bind coverage, does not issue final or guaranteed rate quotes, and does not give individualized insurance advice. Any binding quote, suitability recommendation, application, and the completion of any sale, including the collection of payment, is performed by a licensed insurance agent. The licensed agent is solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes and recommendations and for compliance with the insurance laws and carrier requirements of every state in which they transact.

Mortgage and lending. The AI assistant does not quote rates, APRs, payments, or loan terms, and is not a lender or loan originator; a licensed loan officer handles every quote and application.

Credit repair. The AI assistant makes no promises of specific credit outcomes, score changes, or deletions, consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Real estate. The AI assistant does not provide property valuations, pricing opinions, or brokerage advice; a licensed real estate professional handles every listing and offer conversation.

Customer responsibilities

• Where your vertical requires a license (insurance, mortgage, real estate, and others), you must hold and maintain the licenses required for the products and territories you work in, and you, not LeadBind, complete every regulated sale, quote, and bind.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of your lead sources and your advertising, including the policies of any ad network you use.
• You must use the calling and texting features in compliance with the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, AI-disclosure requirements, and carrier messaging rules, and honor every opt-out immediately.
• You approve the AI assistant's script and are responsible for its content where it reflects your sales process.
• You fund your own advertising spend. Where LeadBind manages advertising on your behalf, you grant the access described in your ad-management authorization, and you remain responsible for your ad accounts and pages.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan tiers carry lead-volume limits described at purchase. Founding-beta pricing may change with notice at renewal. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; service continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Payments and billing

All purchases, subscriptions, and billing for LeadBind are processed exclusively through the LeadBind website at leadbind.org using our third-party payment processor, Stripe. The LeadBind iOS application does not sell any digital goods or services and offers no in-app purchases. Access to features purchased on the website is unlocked automatically when you sign into the app with the same account. Subscription management, upgrades, and cancellations are handled through your web account on the Billing page.

Data

Leads generated through your pages and numbers are yours. We process them to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, de-identified platform statistics to improve the product.

Connecting LeadBind to an AI assistant or other software

We offer an API, a command-line tool, and a Model Context Protocol server so you can use LeadBind from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, from your own scripts, or from other software. These use API keys that you create and can revoke at any time in your account.

• What connecting means.When you connect LeadBind to an AI assistant, information from your account, which can include your leads' names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, and call outcomes, is sent to that assistant's provider so it can answer you. That provider processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
• You choose it, and you are responsible for it. Creating a key and connecting a tool is your decision and your instruction to us. If the people in your account are your customers, you are responsible for having the right to share their information with the provider you chose, and for any notice or consent your own agreements and applicable privacy laws require.
• Keys are scoped. Read, write, and outbound calling are separate permissions. Outbound calling is never granted by default. Grant only what a given tool needs.
• What we never expose this way. Call recordings and call transcripts are not available through the API, the CLI, or the MCP server. Recorded conversations can involve consent requirements that vary by state, so they stay inside LeadBind.
• Automated actions are still your actions. Anything done with your key, including booking an appointment or placing a call, is treated as done by you and remains subject to these terms, the AI assistant section above, and all applicable calling, texting, and recording laws.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing contact with consumers.
• No reselling or sharing your account or attempting to access another tenant's data.
• No use of the platform to contact numbers without the consent the law requires.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee lead volume, contact rates, bookings, or sales outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyX Solutions' total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or material breach of these terms, including consumer-contact violations. On termination you may request an export of your lead data within 30 days.

General

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Harris County, Texas. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: support@leadbind.org.
